The following resources provide information about the nature trail and the woods.
- A story from Miami Regionals Pulse News (October 24, 2024) provides "A Comprehensive Guide to MUM's Nature Trails and Woods" (Maureen Wilson).
- Check out iNaturalist, a "crowdsourced species identification system" that helps you figure out the flora and fauna you are observing. It can also be used to see if certain plants or animals are found in a given area through its historical collection of observations that anyone may contribute to. It is interesting to plug in our ZIP code or location name and see what is in the woods around campus.
